Watt Accounting

I gave Mr. Watt my tax papers months ago. I have called numerous times and left messages with no answer and no return call. It got to the point where when I woulD call his mailbox was full so I couldn't continue to leave messages to have him call me back. I still haven't heard anything about my 2021 taxes still to this day.

When we received an audit from the irs we could not get ahold of him. He would not return calls or emails and offered no help of any kind. The audit was in fact due to an error that he made. He never one time responded and when I went out in person there was a lot of excuses on how busy he had been and then ultimately never got back to us. He never even returned a call before the deadline for the audit. We had to enlist another account for assistance through the process and this is ultimately lead us to finding that the error was done on his half. Part of what the fees are supposed to be assistance if ever audit. You will not receive this service.

I have several businesses that are trying to get their documents from Dale Watt and his son Than Watt and they are refusing to release their documents. He collected thousands of dollars for 2021 bookkeeping & payroll and has not completed any bookkeeping or reported to the appropriate agencies. Can anyone that has had similar experience with them or someone else please help?

Used him for about two years. We got an audit from the IRS. He did not include all the stuff we gave him and it ended up costing us $4000. The other part of the issue is getting him to handle anything that has to do with an audit. As once you get hit with an audit he does not answer his phone anymore. I would suggest you stay away.

This guy is unprofessional, non-responsive, uses fowl language and refuses to give back clients information if the change accountants due to him not doing the work. He keeps the money for work he has not completed. In my opinion this is stealing. This guy is bad news.
