I like the service plan. I don't like being deceived. I paid cash up front for my phone so as not to be in a contract and after being told I would not have a contract... they put me in a 2 year contract? Why can't places like this simply tell the truth? I was told, "it is difficult to clearly communicate." What I hear is, "it is easy to be dishonest!"

They have the worst customer service on the face of the planet. When your bill gets messed up, and it will, I swear it will, then you call anyone from Verizon, you will get so frustrated, you will want to speak to a Supervisor, they will put you on hold for couple of hours, I swear on this, and come check on you, then tell you if you get off the phone, no call backs. Also they will Bait and switch you like no tomorrow.
