My kids and I enjoyed our stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was yummy. The rooms were clean. They had the best cookies in the evening. Will def come back

All was great. Housekeeping checked in on me even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door, I did have my door open, so I definitely appreciate her asking if I needed anything. I am used to staying in a hotel, practically living in one due to work, so I don't ask for Housekeeping. I give 3 stars because at breakfast, it's 30 degrees and snowing, it was cold. There were 5 people getting breakfast. The breakfast attendant had the ac running. An older guest felt the ac on and turned it up to a warmer temperature. It was still cold. I looked at the ac and realized it was on cool, so I put it on heat. The attendant rudely came over and put it back on ac and said," Do not turn the heater on. Leave it on the ac on!" I said it cold outside and inside. He abruptly turned around as he was walking away from the ac unit and returned to it and said," Well, then, I will just turn it off!" Talking to me as if I was a child. I don't think it is unreasonable to have the heater on for the guests eating. FYI, I am 48 years old, and I can assure you that I was by far the youngest in the room. Noteworthy details: Don't ask for the heater on in the breakfast area, even if it's 30 degrees and snowing!!!
