Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pocatello, an IHG Hotel

Beds were stiff as a rock, we all woke up with additional back pain that wasn't there the night before. The pool was nice, the balcony was great, the breakfast was better than the average super 8 you'd find. Staff were really nice to anyone around.

Awesome staff and location but the rooms are honestly very very lacking. With two queens a pullout couch and 5 people we had a very hard time sleeping. There are no fans or really any background noise and you can hear every. Single. Breath. There is not a sink, fridge or safe as well. Great place for a couple, atrocious for a family Noteworthy details: No fans or anything that creates background noise other then a outdated tv

Only place we will stay in Pocatello. They have such clean rooms, and a wonderful breakfast. The staff is amazing! Update - just have to say again how amazing this hotel is. We stopped last night after a week on the road and it was so very nice to be someplace we knew would be comfortable, clean, welcoming, and just everything you want in a hotel that we didn't have previous nights. A must stay while in Pocatello. The staff is amazing! Rooms: Clean, excellent bedding, great amenities.

The rooms are very noisy you can hear everything. I had to turn the TV up to sleep. I don't like to sleep with the TV on. So I didn't get much sleep. The rooms are around 130.00 .There was a ton of snow in the parking lot, the walkways too. It was very Icy. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Safety: They don't clear snow or ice. So this place is not recommended in winter.
