This hotel is clean and comfortable. There are just a couple of things that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5. Front desk was often unpopulated and I had to wait a few minutes before someone arrived to see what I needed. Breakfast options were limited. Food & drinks: Breakfast did not have many healthy options. For example:There were only apples and one banana at 7:30 breakfast is 6-10 am

BEWARE. Terrible customer service. We (two US service members) booked rooms here in order to conduct official business in the area for our jobs. We were told in advance that the room would be at the reimbursable rate for the government (so we weren't getting too luxurious of a room). They got us in the door and lied to us. Upcharged us $80 over a person. Now I have to pay $80 out of my own check just to do my duties. Not here for a vacation! The gentleman at the front desk wouldn't even work with us or let us talk to a supervisor. Very unprofessional. We even called Hilton and they informed us that it had been written by the hotel itself government rate in the notes. Unfortunately never got it fixed by Hilton even after multiple times being told they would fix it. The gentleman who did the night shift wouldn't look at you or even acknowledge you even if you came up to purchase something. The whole staff looked like they hated their life. Also the hotel's tv's had no channels and the breakfast was below average. STAY AWAY Noteworthy details: Bad, bad customer service

Clean. Mini kitchen is handy. Free breakfast is great.
