Courtyard by Marriott Pocatello

We visited a relative staying here and it was very nice and new. It was also cheaper than the surrounding hotels.

No complimentary coffee had to purchase Starbucks in the hotel , that was fine but no creamer ! the USB charging station in the lounge area did not work for iPhone and it was A family trip and and the pool was closed from the night before and the kids could not swim Rooms: clean and Tv was great !

We stayed a couple nights ago. We had a great experience. The rooms were great, as usual. The property was in great shape. We want to tip our hats to Jamie Bland and her front desk staff. Marriott Corporate had screwed up our reservation and much to their credit Jamie jumped right in and went to work fixing the problem, even though it was Corporate's issue and the staff could have passed me to them. We had the same issue about a year ago at another property and it took 6 months and a ton of hassle to get it fixed up on my own. So many thanks to Ms. Bland and all, I really appreciate your kindness. We stay at many Marriott properties each year and these guys are hands down the best. Blayne H.

Nice hotel. The only problem I had was the smoke alarm blinking light keeping me awake. So I put some sticky notes on top of it to block it.
