SERVPRO of Blackfoot/Pocatello

I needed a restoration team to come in after this Serv-pro restoration team! No lie. My insurance company sent Serve pro from Pocatello after I had a frozen pipe burst in my home in Downey. They tore out my kitchen ceiling and never returned to finish the job. They gave me 3 different stories on why my insulation wasn't dealt with ( all documented by text messages), and excuses why they can't reach a difficult work space (its too high!??!) They were trusted with a key and they left my home unlocked for several days while I was out of town. They damaged my flooring and wall and trim in my laundry room by shoving the washer and dryer back ( i don't know why they even needed to move them at all), and they also left the laundry room window unlocked. If you want a company to disrespect your property and do more damage to your home while they are there, then definitely call this company. If you want a company to disregard your concerns, and give you the big run around, these are your people! Their slogan or motto " like it never happened" is a joke! ServPro has made a devastating experience even worse! This happened at the first of Feb, and my home is still in total disrepair! Thanks ServPro!

Tyler at Servpro is the man! He showed up right on time and had my carpets and big sectional cleaned in 90 minutes. Both look brand new and we couldn’t be happier!

10/10 recommend using these guys! Our dogs got into a skunk and it ended up getting in our house 🤢 We called ServePro and they came out the same day to spray our house with their skunk odor neutralizer. Other companies I called said it would be 5-7 days until they could come! ServePro was organized, got us a bid, called with updates and came as soon as they could. And their spray really worked, we can barely smell skunk anymore, thank goodness!!!! Tyler and his team are awesome.

We suffered a ruptured hose bib during a deep freeze last fall. SERVPRO was called in immediately and responded with great alacrity. Tyler was on-site within a few hours and began the mitigation process to limit the damage. In the absence of SERVPRO's rapid response--our loss would have been much greater. Tyler continued to work with us during the extensive repair work necessary to restore our home--helping with anything we required (moving furniture, covering delicate electronics with plastic, etc.). Most impressive, his crew packed up the books in my extensive library and restored them in perfect order when the cabinetry was re-installed. Tyler was always quick to respond regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day. He worked with the insurance adjuster and did yeoman's work in compiling the claim.
