Jeff Parsons is one of the best people I've done business with in a long time. I needed to have the vermiculite insulation tested for asbestos in a home I was considering to buy. After contacting Jeff, he responded immediately to collect three samples to send to the lab.
I was initially told it would take five business days to receive the results. This was on a Wednesday so we would have to wait an extra two days over the weekend. However, Jeff called me on Friday (just two days later) to give me the results. "No asbestos."
Jeff went above and beyond to get my results as quickly as possible and deliver the good news.
Jeff and his office staff, Brenda, are very professional and personable.
I highly recommend them for any of the many services they provide.
