        We placed an online order and paid extra for different types of meat to be added to the order, but when we got home the sandwich only had turkey. So we called to see if we could come in and get the sandwich remade or at least the meat added and a female employee answered, very rudely she let us know she made sure that the order was properly done and there was no way she was wrong. Then she proceeded to let us know she could not give us a refund. “I can’t give you a refund, so what do you want me to do about it” girl, I want you to give me the extra protein I paid for I see it right there in your case 😐 and they also gave us the wrong bread for the order bad from the beginning.

        This place has been going down hill with a while. The employees always mess up an online order. You get home see the order is complete wrong. I have called in and complained a few times about this issue and they still can’t fix the problem. Horrible Customer Sevice!

        😢 what it the world happened! We use to LOVE going to this subway. Before the remodel it was our favorite place to have lunch. the staff was so friendly.. we have been in twice since they reopened. It’s.. gross in there. All the cookie were sitting out on racks with flies all over them instead of in the case were they belong. The tea dispenser things were absolutely filthy and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped up n a month.. what a shame
