      Good Evening Nipa, it is unfortunate that you had an unpleasant in our store. As explained during your visit, customers are responsible for the packaging of their "Customer Packed" Amazon returns. Your three large packages were not adequately packaged for UPS transport and required additional packaging services. We do understand that unexpected costs can be frustrating, therefore, despite your offensive language towards myself and my employee, we tried to assist you to the best of our ability and provided you with assistance moving your packages closer to your vehicle. As mentioned during your visit, please refer to Amazon's specific return instructions when returning your packages to ensure that you can avoid any unwanted charges. We hope to earn your business in the future.
