I used the self-service machine to print from a .pdf. As Id never done this at your facility (and was a little stressed, necessitating a bit of hand-holdinghelp to walk me through the *very* easy directions), Anum came by and did just that; walked me through everything. She was very, very polite, didnt judge me for asking for assistance with what should have been 1-2-3 bing-bang-boom & donebut as I said, I was anxious that afternoon. Anum couldnt have been nicer with her assistance. Thank you for employing someone whos a perfect fit for customer service. Give her a well-deserved big bag of cash!

Went in today a little frantic because of lost invitations (not a FedEx issue). I was going to just print them using self service, but when I asked the associate Aaron how I set it up he was beyond kind and I was able to email him the PDF and he handled it for me. The customer service was above and beyond. Definitely the location to use for all shipping and printing needs.
