        Kingsbury Plaza is a well maintained building. Management is polite and very professional. All the door people quickly learned my name. I highly recommend this building for it has state of the art amenities and excellent location.

        This is by far one of the worst building in the River North Area. The maintenance of the units are subpar. We are ALWAYS experience water issues. We are told to deal with freezing cold water until they can solve the issue. When reaching out to the Community Manager, Courtney Ambrose, we can never speak to her as she is never there. I will say that everyone else in the office is super responsive and are always willing to help when they can as well as the front desk team.
