        Horrible company they raise your rates for an accident that isn't your fault after they told me I wasn't at fault. Been with them for years I wouldn't recommend it

        I was involved in a motor vehicle in which I was unconscious and taken to the hospital. My vehicle was towed. I call American Auto to file a claim. I was told I needed to pay all towing fees to the towing company before my vehicle can be inspected. I explained to the agent that I am hospitalized and unable to do so. I had a family friend go to the towing place to pay the fees but the tow company will not take any payments, they only accept payments from the insurance Co So I called the insurance Co. and explained what I was told. I am getting the run around while fees are accumulating
