BioMetric Impressions Chicago - Hyde Park

Very unprofessional got here 10 minutes before closing time called a cab so that I wouldnt be late as i know parking is limited and I was told that the technician left early by the receptionist They wouldnt even allow me to go to the room I asked if i can get a brochure with a phone number on it and their answer was no. I was highly inconvenienced I would never recommend this place to anyone very disappointed

The HYDE PARK LOCATION: the technician walked super slow to the front to come get you . He has a nasty attitude, disrespectful, no customer service skills at all. I DIDNT TRUST HIM TO DO MY FINGERPRINTS AFTER THE WAY HE BEHAVED SO I WENT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

Worker moves slow when coming to get you , for a ten minute finger print. But besides that went well.

The fingerprinting technician did not complete his part of the documentation correctly. I received a letter from the state rejecting the form for that reason. Despite the fact that I showed them the receipt and the letter from state, this place would not refund me or redo the fingerprinting without charging me again, because I didnt have the original envelope. For a facility that does this so often, I expect them not to make an error like this, or at least be reasonable with what period they want to correct for their error.
