Extremely rude Doctor, not just to me but I heard the Dr yelling at other patients too the same way. I have always come to this location but now I will have to find another company that will work with me in getting contacts. Requesting a refund!!!!

The frame selection was excellent and the young lady that fitted my frame was so sweet. I would recommend Vision Works to anyone.

First time customer...went for my appointment wasn't greated by two ladies Mia and Tia in front they were WAY too busy talking amongst themselves to be bothered! I had an appointment but still waited over an hour to be seen. Then was treated by these ladies as well as eye doctor extremely rudely. Planned on just taking my prescription and leaving. Manager Jose came out he apologized for my crappy experience, pretty much guaranteed it wouldn't happen again. I ended up agreeing to purchase a pair of sunglasses, which again Jose claimed I would be extremely happy with. Well, I went today to pick them up only to find out the lenses were clear. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I demanded that manager Jose be called so associate Vladimir did only to be told by Jose that its his day off and he will call me tomorrow!!! I AM BEYOND ANGRY!!!!! The ONLY person at this location Logan & Elston that should be working here is Vladimir. He is the only one that understands true customer service! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! The staff minus Vladimir all need to be replaced! UPDATE..it's been over a week I still have not heard from a store manager or general manager as I requested and was promised by 800 number. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company and will NEVER use them again!
