UPDATE May 15, 2023 Hello Google community. I had written the below review a few months ago. When it posted, Visionworks customer service responded with the appropriate level of concern and requested additional information as well as my cell phone to discuss the customer service issues at their store located at Six Corners. It has now been 3 months, I still have not been contacted. It seems that the lax customer service extends beyond the stores and directly to the corporate office. Please do not be fooled by feigned concern, my opinion of the store and now the brand have not changed, they just don't care. As I say below, there is no difference in quality, the only difference is in how they treat their customers the overwhelmingly poor reviews should be a cautionary tale for all. I went to America's Best, was treated well and received my glasses in less time than promised, I was treated as expected, fairly and appreciated which is something I cannot say about Visionworks. I had scheduled an appointment for later on Saturday, March 4th, 2023, but was in the immediate area, so I called to see if I could get in early. The individual that answered indicated that they have cancellations all the time, so he instructed me to come in. Upon arrival I was told that perhaps there was an appointment available, however, one of the other employees, indicated to the receptionist/appointment scheduler that her brother was coming in early as he had an appointment at 3PM and snickered when saying this and looking right at me. I was then told that I could not get in early. I was not offered the other "open" appointment at 3PM, which I would have accepted. I have no issue with the fact that she put her family first, my issue is the way it was done in front of a client that was also trying to get in early and currently in the store, her brother had not yet arrived. I went to America's Best and was taken immediately, had my eye exam and ordered my glasses all within 30 minutes. I have been going to Vision Works, annually for the last 5 years and was insulted by the treatment. If they were going to do something like that, perhaps decorum would have dictated to have that conversation in private not in the open show room were clients could overhear. As a consumer, you can acquire glasses of the same quality anywhere in the city, I have great vision insurance that is accepted nationwide. The only tangible thing that would separate one vision place from the other is customer service, which this location seems to lack. I will take my business to America's Best where I was treated better.

There is one word to sum up this location: unprofessional. The associates in the front are extremely rude, have no capability to perform any form of customer service capabilities, speak about other customers in a disgusting manner, and are the epitome of what customer service agents should not be. The two individuals I'm speaking of in particular is a boy who looks straight out of an 80's movie that delivers pizza and tried to make it in time, and the other is a short female with a disgusting attitude. I typically never write reviews, but the treatment at this location was so atrocious that me not writing a review and warning others of this garbage place would be a disservice to mankind.
