I will start by saying it simply, Genna is amazing! For more details I first was connected with Genna while helping my boyfriend find a real estate agent for his home search in Petoskey, MI. From the very start she was friendly, warm, very quick to respond and totally on top of every request to view a property that came up. We learned so much from her from day one. This is a very different market and was new to him so her guidance was priceless. She helped point out important features, things to consider and cautions to be aware of on each home viewed. There was never any pressure and no home wasnt worth checking out. Which you have to do quickly here because they go fast. Especially those in our budget range. We were not working with a huge budget and it felt like we were her only clients and had a huge budget. It is my own conversations with Genna that have also inspired me to begin my own house hunt. Something I did not think I would be able to do. Genna is profession and friendly. She is straightforward and detailed. She is creative and has vision for properties and home possibilities. If you are going on a home buying journey be it first time or many times before she is an incredible agent.

My husband and I worked with Genna to purchase an apartment when we moved from New York to Chicago. She went above and beyond to find the perfect home in the ideal location for us. Her professionalism from start to finish and her knowledge of all sides of the Chicago real estate market were such assets. As first-time home buyers, we felt secure in knowing that Genna was completely on our side- she made herself available for any questions we had along the way, and always had our best interests at heart. I cannot recommend Genna Hill highly enough!

I had a very bad experience with Genna Hill over the past 2 years. She was inappropriate and unprofessional in her demands and accusations, and was unavailable to answer any of my inquiries or concerns. My fianc and I have bought 3 Chicago properties and never confronted this type of unprofessional behavior. I would definitely not recommend using this realtor. There are many experienced and professional realtors in Chicago.
