Josh was very responsive in providing a detailed work quote. His team was quick and professional repairing a section of upper story gutter which had been damaged by ice, also replacing missing flashing. 7/2/2023. If you are in Chicago, you will definitely know that date. Crazy winds, torrential rain, intimidating lightning. Definitely a storm that I will remember FOR-EV-UR. For us, it started with spots on the ceiling of the master bedroom at 8 am. (See photo). Now, at this part of the house, we do NOT have an attic, so that has to be water damage. Great. It's Sunday, no one is open. I called reliable and Josh got back to me right away. Obviously it cannot be fixed during the downpour, but he scheduled a time to come out the next day. He gave me a VERY reasonable quote (I got 5 others, for reference). He and his crew came out on the 4th of July and did the repairs- just in time too- another storm was heading in that night. He was prompt, moved quickly and worked with my insurance. When all the work was completed, we discussed the overall condition of my roof and what will need to be done in the future- all without pressure, merely informative. As for the quality, well the roof held up with no additional damage! And this storm was no joke either- enough to elicit warnings from the National Weather Service. Great service and quality work.
