A+ Customer Service - I came in with a pair of OP glasses which were basically ruined by Lenscrafters. They felt terrible about what happened, and even provided a discount. Amanda is the store manager for the Gold Coast location. She is hands down the best. The quality of these glasses and sunglasses are second to none.

A hogwarts experience! Me and my girlfriend were trying on glasses for me. Patrick, an OP rep, asked if we needed help, he would be in the corner available to us. A very comfortable approach and not overbearing. After a couple failed attempts of trying on glasses, we found one that we thought was pretty good. We then went and asked Patrick for his opinion. He said they were nice which was just what my girlfriend had said. I thought that was a nice touch as you never want to condescend a girlfriends opinion. Very classy. He then asked what I was going for and I gave him very little to work with. I was just looking for a good pair that made me look good. He took a good look at the current pair I had on and then went to the back. He came out with the perfect pair on his first try. It was the pair we needed buying. Reminded us of hogwarts wand ceremony. My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience and it was all due to a good quality product and phenomenal customer service from Patrick at OP Chicago.
