Contracted twice, both times required return to correct issues. Most recently, returned to fix poor work and paint and paint job was terrible with visible lines in several places. Still unresolved. Will not even consider them again and would advise against anyone else contracting them

Igor and his crew have done a number of projects for me and mine clients. Some of my clients have used them more then once. The quality of work is very important to me and clients since I am a Realtor at Baird & Warner Real Estate and we are looking to create value in the properties we deal with. I have been working with them for more then 4 or 5 years now.

Scandinavian Builders are absolutely incredible. I am bummed to see these other reviews but I can truly state they went above and beyond while staying on budget / delivering a kitchen (brand new and in an apartment building) on-time.They are extremely approachable, easy to talk to and work with. I am looking forward to doing my bathroom project and thrilled at the opportunity to recommend their work to friends and family.Matt
