This is the most trashy apartment complex that does not care about their residents whatsoever or what goes on at this facility.

I have lived here for just over a year and I like it. The new manager is doing a great job of getting rid of the trouble makers and making us feel safe again.

This place is a complete dump, only one worse is Woodland apts., elevators constantly break down,roaches every where, fighting, arguing, disrespectful residents that damage your property but don't say anything about it, rude management, doesn't conform to the state guidelines, refuse to honor choice voucher or anything like that unless you're a black residents, very discriminate against White residents also, and just plain refuse to do anything for the residents that ask for some help with things. Wouldn't even give it a one star rating if I didn't have to so I could leave this rating.

I stayed in the apartment in Al Bateen Recidence for two months, comfortable location, swimming pool, gym, access to the beach, safe building. the manager Aaron is always in touch and quickly resolved all requests regarding the apartments. we were satisfied
