        This place has gone down hill. Rent increased to 600.00 for an ancient 1 bedroom apartment. You can request a newly updated apartment if 1 is available for $789.00 no utilities. You pay for water and extra peer month for pets. Not enough washer or dryers. No security cameras or walk arounds by management. But police are there alot lately, but they are painting the mailboxes..lol

        Cockroaches, unsafe railing. Police raids. And police at apartments all the time. Is looking to raise rent once again.. if youre looking for an apartment complex that is nice this is not it. All they care about is curb appeal and trying to get you into a lease. Month to Month rent if you have to go that route is over 1000 bucks a month without utilities. Place is a joke. Would not recommend.
