Don't move in, 1.5 years still waiting for thi g that were to be done before I moved in... work 3rds outside locks changed no notice it's not a safe area..

Very unhappy with my experience with the artist lofts. Historic? Sure! Charming? Not so much.

I just moved in last week and havent had AC for going on 5 days now. Its up to 87 degrees in my apartment and I have two cats. Every attempt I make to reach out to get it fixed has been seemingly ignored. Just hoping for rain at this point because that seems more likely to happen. EDIT: Its been a few months since I have left and this place is still managing to invade my life with negativity. I had a looooong year of mishaps, disorganization and straight up madness living here. I have very few regrets in life, but trusting these people to be a consistent and reliable living situation takes the cake. Ive had to live in my car before and it was better than this. Anywhere, live anywhere else, I implore you.
