The property manager here, Heather Gross is the most amazing person.
I lived at my last apartment for 4 years and dealt with sooo many bad things. I cant even put into words how thankful I am for this place and Heather.
Here, youre not just an apartment number. You are a person and Heather actually really cares.
The maintenance guy here, Jeff is the nicest and kindest person. Always working hard and always has a positive attitude.
This place isnt some overly fancy place but the property and apartments are in great condition.
If youre thinking of moving here, do it!
I am loving it here so far!!

I would like to change my review because the new management property "Heather Gross and Jeff" they are so kind and helpful, taking care of property, working hard, and fast responds when I had complained. Specifically last night I saw jeff taking care every apartment when the road a lot of snow. I Appreciate!

This place has a nice community of people living here. The manager of the apartments goes above and beyond for all the residents. She makes sure everyone is taken care and all concerns are addressed. The bedrooms are spacious and is perfect space for two people or three to live in.

me and my boyfriend have lived here going on 2 years and weve experienced the bad and the good. this apartment complex has really turned around with the new management. heather is the absolute best person for the job. she works with us when we need it, and she goes above and beyond to make sure our living here is a good experience. not to mention shes one of the nicest people i have ever met.

I would give this apartment a full 5 stars if the property owner and management company gave their employees more resources! The only reason you are getting a 4 star is for your employees on the property EVERYDAY for example Heather Gross. If Heather Gross is not the apartment manager when you go in for a tour walk out the door! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND her job duties day in and day out to make sure us residents were taken care of. She was at my apartment in 5 minutes when I called in about my ceiling falling in due to water pipe being busted.
I think this a great starter apartment if they can get some updating done and made sure all apartment are like the show one! Unfortunately mine was not and I moved into a dirty and non updated apartment. Very scary and dingy hallways when you walk in the building but inside the apartment were decent.
A message to the owner and management company do better!! Your employees deserve it!
