I recently stayed here at Clarion for a couple of weeks due to my work and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were quick to respond to any requests or concerns that I had and made me feel valued as a guest. The bed in my room was one of the most comfortable. It was soft and supportive, and I woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed and ready to work the next day. The linens were also of high quality, which added to the overall comfort of the bed. One thing that really stood out to me was the great smelling place. The hotel had a pleasant aroma throughout, which was a nice touch. It was clear that the staff paid attention to even the smallest details to make the guest and my experience enjoyable. Lastly, the value for money was excellent. The room rates were very reasonable, and I felt like I got a lot of bang for my buck. The amenities and services provided were of high quality, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here at Clarion. The customer service was exceptional, the bed was comfortable, the place smelled great, and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Room smelled bad We booked a room with a jacuzzi but it didn't work. The water just ran straight down the drain even with it plugged. When I brought it up to the lady at the front desk she was very condescending. She tried to tell me it works no matter what I said. Just very rude
