The manager (Lexy I think) was great. I had clicked on something that I shouldn't have and messed up my phone. I stopped in, she took a look and after a few minutes, had it restored to like new. No pressure about upgrades and didn't make me feel stupid for doing something I shouldn't have. I will be back to her store. Thank you! Great service!

I walked into this T-Mobile location tonight (March 5, 2024 at just before 7 pm) and within a minute or two of speaking with Zach and vocalizing my concern with my billing issues, he accuses me of having an attitude and starts acting like he isn't going to do his job. Zach then proceeds to tell me that billing issues are handled by the call center not in store and that's where I should be taking my questions and concerns because they are just sales people who sell equipment and services. There is a lot to be said about a company that will sell you equipment and services without any care or consideration on whether the equipment and services work as they sold them even though their contract with Tmobile outlines that they are to service any and all customer needs, not just make sales. Massive red flag. We get past this little turbulent moment and Zach takes me over to the store landline to speak with the T-Mobile call center after trying to discourage me from doing so. Throughout this conversation, Zach was requested by the man on the phone. During Zachs time on the phone, he very audibly took an attitude and tone with me. Zach also engaged with a customer foul mouthing me right to my face. I'm less concerned about this part of the situation, but I feel like it adds to the crass situation and the entire picture of what happened tonight. I was accused of having an attitude simply because I wouldn't let Zack talk to me and treat me however he wanted. I wouldn't let him steal a couple hundred dollars from me. He didn't get that free and easy meal he was hoping for and he got angry. It's just a shame I didn't get the same attitude a few months ago when Zack was making big commission selling me a large amount of equipment and services and trying to line up thousands of more dollars in his pocket by trying to get me to supply all of my small businesses and employees with T-Mobile equipment and services. I will gladly release my entire recording of the entire situation found in the picture I submitted with this review to prove that I did not yell or act obscene and that all of my claims are accurate. Situations like this are precisely why I'm always recording when I'm doing business. Again, this all happened because I just wouldn't put up with being walked all over and stolen from.

I created an account online to transfer from my current provider and I never got a SIM card or anything it was confusing when it should have been something simple. I ended up getting charged when I didnt even use service. I called and they said to go inside the store, I came inside and Levi was very helpful so I would give him a good review.. But, the company T-Mobile itself I dont give a good rating based on what I experienced Levi ended up having to call someone and got my account closed and listened throughly. But Im not really sure how/when Im getting a refund which was a bit frustrating. His coworker was eating chips right next to us very loudly, I dont feel like that was very professional. I was thinking about switching but I dont think I will anymore based on this experience.
