        Let's be real, it's Taco Bell, so the expectations aren't high. Going to any location, you will find things that are wrong. This location is even worse when we don't have much on the South Side, and the majority of those working have the horrible attitudes you expect. No matter how big or small your order is, they will make you pull around to the front door and wait. It makes them look like they are busy inside and drive thru isn't, but it's totally opposite. There is no reason to have someone at the window to take money and hand you drinks, and then the same person has to bring your food outside. Makes no sense. We won't talk about how poorly they actually make the food. By no means can we expect it to look like the commercials, but the food looks like it went through hell before being wrapped up. Going up on pay didn't help the service any better. Just workers with higher pay expectations, but they still don't want to do the work.
