    Does great work ,knows how to trouble shoot.make things work.no matter how twisted your house is.good job." Nice people.they put in a whole new furnace, Hooked up to my wood stove so I can have both gas an wood,an hooked it up so if wood stove goes out the gas furnace will kick in to keep the house warm.on it's own. No flipping switches. Totally awesome. Phil you two did a great job.we,ll I need to add this.i didn't go under the house till recently, My knees are bad.i found out I didn't get all Metal ducts like I asked before they started, He said I would get all metal ducts because My mom had the plastic acorddian,mouse Chew threw chipmunk to.is why I told him I Don't want the plastic stuff .I want all metal. Found out they did both.dont want the plastic. The guy said he would have to do a up charge .I Said no.it is to be all metal in the first place. There be no up charge ,.I told them in beginning ,if I can't have all metal ducts .I wouldn't do it .he said it be all metal. Well I'm waiting to see what they going to do.if they do right by putting in all metal in the first place an not shaft me. WE WILL SEE IF THEY HONOR WHAT WE AGREED ON IN THE FIRST PLACE.FOR NOW .IM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. SO,CHECK EVERYTHING THEY DO,NOT JUST ON TOP BUT UNDER NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOUR KNEES SCREAM.SO SAD.

    Short: Damage to home and dust/debris everywhere. Long: Gave this company a chance to perform whole-home duct cleaning in a 6-yr old home. This company had the lowest price quote and great reviews so thought it would be a great experience. Unfortunately, our home was left VERY dirty after the "cleaning". Yes the ducts were clean, but I would expect filters to be placed on the vents to prevent dust during cleaning from entering the home - this is how other companies do it and I assumed (wrongly) that Home Comfort Experts would as well. Upon closer inspection, I ended up finding a lot of drywall dust and pieces from the vents all over the home near the vents - the floors, tabletops, and other furniture. The picture of my hand shows just one small surface of drywall dust (not present prior). Also, hundreds of sharp metal shavings were left all over the floor next to the furnace where holes were cut for the equipment. Lastly, there is a large gouge in our trimwork from the equipment that was brought into the home, and scratches/black marks on the entry door to the furnace room (pics). The service technician did offer to use his shop vac on the floor around vents, but this does not come close to touching all the dust and debris on all our furniture. Unfortunately, I was left very unsatisfied with this job and cannot recommend this service from Home Comfort Experts.

    I really hate to have to change my review as i've worked with this company for a couple of years now and I have enjoyed every service person they've sent out to our house. I am very hopeful that I'll get to bring this up. But it will never go back to 5 stars. One bad apple ruins the bunch. The gentleman (Chad Keens) who came into our home behaved like a used car salesman. He played us like a used car salesman. If you are going to get financed through them and need a co-signer. Make sure you do everything in person and record it. They can't be trusted over the phone. He took out a loan in just my co-signer name for my project. This is pending resolution and I hope that they prove to be as good as I thought they were. Service: Toilet repair
