        We had found a few wet spots several places on our floor and attributed it to bad cat behavior but when the wet spots kept coming back after we cleaned them up (and kept a close eye on the cat), we knew we had a bigger issue. We called Borchelts on a weekend and someone came over promptly, identified the problem, and fixed it for a reasonable price. Very pleased!
