me and my partner went in to ask some questions about selling our phones, the employee was very rude and judgmental. he also then proceeded to scoff at us as we were leaving. i would not recommend any service from this place, sounded very sketch.

Very unprofessional. Paid 330 dollars for a repair and they wouldn't back up their work after it was brought in to fix. Reply to their generic reply about" reaching out to address the situation" I did reach out by paying a visit to address the situation and the owner himself was very unproffesional after the rude employee told me that she knew for a fact that I had dropped my phone after the repair even though I know for a fact that my phone wasn't dropped. I even have it in an otter box. The owner himself cleared himself of all liability and refused to make things right even after being showed that the repair that was done, which was a complete new screen and new back, never sealed properly causing internal damage. If I could give 0 stars I would. Potential customers beware. They are scam artists. The back of my phone I don't even remember it being cracked but they charged me for a new one on the initial repair. Terrible people to do business with. Stay away

I paid 330 dollars for a repair and it was done very poorly and my screen messed up a couple weeks after the repair and they wouldn't back up their repair.
