I needed to get my back glass on my iPhone 14 replaced and I had heard good things about this place so I decided to give them a try. At first they seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. So I dropped my phone off for the repair and gave them my wifes number to call when the work was finished as they would have my phone and therefore would not be able to reach me at my number. I made sure to mention 1 time when I scheduled my repair and 3 times in person when I dropped the phone off that they would need to call my wifes phone to let me know the repair was done. Well, you can guess where my problems started. About 2 hours after their quoted time, I called and they said, yeah, weve been trying to get ahold of you for awhile but it keeps going to voicemail.They were calling the phone they were working on. Then I showed up to pick the phone up and when he brought it out to me, he looked at it and said, ah man I forgot to put the last 2 screws back in. Then, shortly after the repair I noticed it sounds like my battery is just loose in my phone as I can hear it rattling back in forth sometimes. And last but not least, the super cheap part they used as the replacement for my back glass broke less than a week after the replacement when it fell 18 from the floor of my truck to the ground, in a case that Ive had on other phones which had taken a beating with no damage. After using them once, I will be avoid them going forward as the employees do not come off as competent and the products they use seem cheap and inferior although they are still expensive.
