I love my nails! I always have a pleasant experience when I'm there.

My wife lived this salon when it first opened. Today, she came home with a deep cut from her pedicure that will require some healing time and hopefully not antibiotics. If a nail tech cuts someone this severely, I would imagine a significant discount would be offered.

Initially, was not going to stay, but customer recovery was excellent. IMO, My first nail tech was not interested in my business- (was rummaging through his money, did not acknowledge my presence, and was dismissive as I didnt know how to communicate what I wanted) My nails were breaking from the previous gel dip - I just wanted shaped and painted- no gel or acrylic. I decided to leave- but the manager(?) came to get me (awkward) but had a new tech do my nails. All in all- I now have shaped nails and some polish while I grow them back to normal Note: this was only my 2nd experience with getting nails done- I didnt know what to expect-

I have been coming here consistently for a few months now. One thing I have learned is do NOT go on a Sunday. I have a few times now and every time they are so busy. Which is great for business but not great for me. Last time I went on a Sunday my nail Tech, Lindsey was given two clients to do at the same time! So she was bouncing back and forth between me and someone else. She was very obviously stressed and trying to work fast which resulted in her cutting me with the drill 4 times!! Ive NEVER been sliced so much getting my nails done. I had to ask her to slow down because she was hurting me, all my nails were different lengths and the tips werent straight instead they were crooked. I wish the owner would put less pressure on the Nail techs. Do one client at a time and do a good job. I will continue to come back but NEVER again on a Sunday.
