Home Services at The Home Depot

We took our mower in for a repair that we bought 6 months ago and it quit working. When we bought the mower we also bought the 3 year protection plan. HOWEVER, when we took our mower into the rental area to be repaired, the guy talked down to us and was extremely rude about the whole process. We had to pay an extra $20 for the "assessment" fee and then was told the another 70 to clean the fuel line, and OF COURSE.....NOT COVERED IN THE PLAN that we paid $55 ON TOP of a $400 mower. Extremely disappointed in the service and will NOT be buying here again or buying the extra protection just to fork out more money because its conveniently not covered in the plan.

Usually satisfied when I go there. Seem to always have what I need when I'm doing my home improvements and at fair prices. Lumber seems to better quality than home improvement stores. And to the customers that have the Home Depot installers do there home improvements and are not satisfied with them, well you get what you pay for. Most home improvement stores that have installers that will do your home improvements in my opinion are not the greatest at it. Hire a private contractor yourself.

Terrible experience with our countertops. The initial help with sales was fine. It was afterwards, when it came to the installation, that everything fell apart. I would never use them again as their installer took 5 months to get everything completed....well we actually had to have another contractor finish the job they could not get right. It was a nightmare.

Don't do blinds stuff there!!! Long waiting for both placing order and installation. I regret to do business with them, will never go there again!!!
