Ross has great customer service and is very timely with their work. Victoria Faust was a great help when dealing with mold and moisture removal in my garage. Kudos to Adam and his team. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking to have restoration done.

Ross Restoration was incredibly helpful as we dealt with water damage from a leaking shower. Adam came out promptly and was very knowledgeable and honest with me about ways I could do the restoration work myself to save money and was kind and willing to provide additional support via text and sending pictures once we got deeper into the remediation process. He also provided an excellent referral to a plumber who was able to stop out same day at a very reasonable cost. While we didnt officially hire Ross Restoration to do any work (thanks to the knowledge Adam kindly shared) based on our experience I am confident that they would provide excellent service and quality work. Hopefully we wont need their services anytime soon, but if we do Ross Restoration will be our only call!
