Booked a rental car and had it cancelled by this location about an hour before pickup time. Because it was so late in the day, no other companies in convenient locations had rental cars left. I am now left stranded without a vehicle for work. The reason was lack of internet service, which had been down all day. More advance notice would have provided me enough time to find a replacement. Really bad customer service in this instance.

Their rental policy is ridiculous for rentals. If your returning the rental to the same location your license shouldn't matter as long as it's valid shouldnt matter where it's from. We just moved to Clinton from Arizona a few weeks ago haven't had a chance to transfer over to Iowa yet and have to go back to Arizona to close out sale of our house and they want a major credit card. Bad business if you ask me. As long as we show them bills in our name and a bank statement in our name with current address they shouldn't be tripping and we are returning to same location. And we are Gold members.

It's gotten quite expensive but booked a car a few days in advance for a run to the airport. It all went smoothly and had no issues. $300 deposit took about 24 hours additional to be credited back to my account.

Have had 3 different vehicles every one had leaking tires. The first one had to have the oil changed after had it 2 days. The gentleman at enterprise says he's told management but they won't change the maintenance location cause they are the cheapest. Don't need this problem after a traffic crash.
