The experience is ALWAYS amazing. I rent a car about once a month and it is consistently amazing. The app makes it easy to book and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The cost is so affordable. We rent a car for all vacations and longer trips. People rent more cars! Use this service more if you can and when you do there is not a better place to rent a car. The La Porte Road Enterprise is THE BEST! Jerrius and everyone that works at this location went above and beyond to ensure we were taking care of from the time we stepped on and off the Enterprise lot!

I tried calling to book a reservation with Enterprise and wanted to speak to an actual person at the Waterloo location. When I FINALLY got through to the local number the woman immediately put me back into the phone que and didn't want to deal with me. I called her back and told her I didn't appreciate what she just did and she said "I don't have time to book anything right now. She never said I'm sorry can I call you back. Nothing. I told her I would just go with another company who does have the time to deal with customers. Very bad customer service.

They Always take great care of me. Had a flat in Minneapolis, got it fixed, traded for another car at MSP Airport....smooooth!
