My Place Hotel-Davenport, IA

I don't often post reviews for hotels because "they're all the same" but My Place stood out. The staff was friendly and seemed to actually enjoy interacting with us. I didn't feel rushed or like a burden. The room was nicer than expected for the price I paid. We were excited to find a kitchenette (with in-room ice maker) and even a recliner. My husband didn't want to leave!

Such a nice stay. Very clean and nice neighborhood. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and everything was great. Will stay again Safety: Very safe area

Stayed several days already and I will be staying on and off for a few months. This week when checking in, I noticed a smell in the room. Went and grabbed food nearby and came back. After finishing eating at the table, was going to bed and noticed a stain. Kylie at the front desk was outstanding! She noticed the smell and stain on bed. She offered to change the sheets or change rooms on the spot. She came back with sheets and then a different room key. I elected to change rooms. This customer service is what makes or break a hotel. They better pay her well or she could leave easily for a better job. Thank you Kylie for your outstanding customer service! Looking forward to my future stays here.

I went to my place in Davenport for the weekend with my two dogs. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfy, and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay there again.
