We were told at check in that maid service is only provided by request. We requested only that towels be provided each additional day. The desk clerk noted this in their computer system and said OK. The next day our towels were never replaced. When we went to the desk we were told they don't that on weekends. That is inconsistent with what we told. At the rates we are charged for Hotel rooms I would certainly expect towels to be changed. All else though at this Hotel was good.
