When my husband bought jewelry from Kay's he always bought the warranty. How the hell do i get to use it if the flipping stores are closed. Virtual inspection???

Horrible customer service and sells USED clothing. I purchased a bodysuit but had to return it since there were stains where it clasps. I would not recommend.
