Excellent service and hospitality. They treated me like a person and not just a customer and they made the process as quick and painless as possible. The car was in excellent shape and priced very well. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because the car needed front brake pads. As a mechanic with excess to a shop its a quick and inexpensive fix for me. But Id expect something like that to be taken care of before they sold the car

I was needing a car and a knowledgable friend researched many sights for me. He found a very well maintained vehicle in the price range I needed at Iowa AutoExchange, so on a snowy January morning I made the trip to the lot. I was greeted warmly, treated respectfully, and impressed by both the business experience and the desire of Sean and his staff to serve their customers well. I highly recommend this dealership and hope they have a long and prosperous future at the corner of E 14th and Broadway!

Very helpful. Got me into the car I wanted. Engine light came on a couple days after driving it off the lot which ended up being the catalytic converter. Dealer ordered me a new catalytic converter and had it installed with no extra charge to me. Had an excellent and easy experience here.
