Mr. Zimmerman was referred to me by a friend of mine. Mr. Zimmerman represented me on a custody case for my child. He always showed up to court on time, which the courthouse is roughly a 30 minute drive from his office. He was always friendly to me, and when I couldn't pay him his fee all at once, he allowed me to repay him in two installments. When I got out of court with my ex and her attorney, I was 85% satisfied with the parenting plan we had established. Although my ex was less than thrilled lol. His prices were reasonable and I couldn't have gotten joint custody without his help. It's been years since I've used his services. However, just recently my ex is going against our parenting agreement and denying me visitation of our daughter. So once again, I will be trying to enlist Mr. Zimmerman's help to do battle in court. If I'm able to retain his services, I will update this review after all court proceedings.

Oh my God where do I even begin? Im using a friends computer and my name isnt Sharon. Im actually a man. Fred represented my wife in a forgery case. Yeah I know its a crime and she shouldnt be doing it. But she did and she got appointed Fred. I swear his check comes from the prosecutors office. Before he came onboard we had a plea bargain in place. All he had to do is find his way to the courtroom and turn in some paperwork. Lets just say Im surprised he found the courtroom. It was supposed to be an amended plea to something called making a false writing which would circumvent the mandatory jail time associated with forgery. Well, for whatever reason he had her plead guilty to forgery but we didnt know until sentencing and the judge gave her 60 days in the county. I ask Fred what the hell happened and he looked at me with this moronic lost face and said he surely didnt know. Then he said it was too late to fix it. That was an absolute lie. He could of filed a simple motion but then again the plea bargain was a simple motion. I dont know how he made it thru law school. The man is just dumb and lazy and scared to actually practice law.
