Ordered 2 sizes of ice cream. Got 2 smalls. Annoying because that's not what we paid for. Lost money.

Always fresh

Most of the order kiosks do not work, and many do not work with the debit/credit cards. Food is great but ordering process is a joke. They need better management there.

They're closed 90% of the time they should be open. Short staffed even before the pandemic. I love the ice cream when they are open.
