ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS SAY IT ALL! This place is HORRIBLE! Save your money and GO ELSEWHERE! I swear they hire just anyone off the streets with no experience! They always play victim and you will NOT get a refund if they mess them up so BEWARE! Theyre is always bubbles in the nails, theyre crooked, theyre too rough, and they always try to go around doing it the right way just so they can rush and get you out the door. TRUST ME, DONT GO HERE! Again, the reviews say EVERYTHING! Theyre is a guy in Shawnee at Pretty Nails that is amazing and so is Gloss Spa in Lenexa. Thank me later.

STAY AWAY! Started experiencing pain and swelling after a manicure here, ended up with an infection!!!

My mom and I went yesterday afternoon. We both got a manicure and pedicure. We spent just over $220 for the 4 services. There was no foot filling done for either of us, no massage despite the additional charge, and the gel polish is lumpy and 1 of my toes' gel has already chipped. Our manicure was worse. 7 of my 10 fingers have gel on the skin, 8 of my 10 nails have lumpy polish, and they just don't look good at all. Again no massage of the hands either, which is my favorite part of the whole thing. She was out of lotion so she plopped the smallest amount possible on my hand, rubbed it in (took 2 seconds), and stood up. Poor service for the expense paid. We won't be back!

My sister and I went here for pedicures to celebrate her birthday. We both chose the deluxe pedicure. My sisters was done in less than 15 minutes. Mine lasted a little longer but the polish job was so bad I asked him to stop and let me finish it at home. It should be noted that it was not busy at all so there was no need to rush. My sisters nail tech then sat on his phone a few seats down. It was an overall awful experience. We will not go back. Save your money. Id say save your time but it didnt take much of that.
