Called them for an emergency repair. House was 91 degrees. Called a 9pm on a Saturday. Came next morning. Fixed in an hour. Will only call these guys! Showed me the part being replaced and what happened. Very honest and upright.

We love Aire Serv Ft. Bend! We have a chill water system in our condo in Downtown Houston with 2 air handler units. The older of the 2 units just stopped working, and we were so worried that we'd have an outrageous bill to get it working again. Chad came out and was able to figure out the problem quickly. He showed us all the components he would need to work on explaining exactly what the system was doing. He gave us a price, (we were relieved!!) and got to work. We are signing up with their annual plan on both our systems, especially because of the older unit. We want to max out the life on it! If you are in a residential condo and have a chill water system (with air handlers) these are your guys! The office team is great and scheduling is easy. I was so happy that they had a same-day appointment in the middle of the summer. Thanks, Y'all!!!

Explained that I needed someone out ASAP. Having three kids in a house is important to keep a cool climate. I called a couple of different companies they said they would be here from 11-1. However I did mention that whoever got to the house first would get the job and said to the receptionist I had already called others. A company arrived 30 minutes before them in which I cancelled aire serv. The tech then told me “ that’s not how business works and that I’m immature “. One can not be immature for making sure his family is completely comfortable I WILL NOT RECOMMENDED NOR USE THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. CLEAN O AIR took care of me and did great.

I normally don't write reviews, but this company deserves it! I called and asked for a clogged A/C drain line to be blown out and a inspection of my home A/C system. The woman Dee on the phone was helpful and great! Chad showed up perfectly on time and was very knowledgeable and professional , he did a very complete inspection of my system and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need as another company tried to do. The protection plan was the way to go for me as its a great deal. Chad even laughed at my not so funny jokes. lol I could not recommend this company enough, very happy people , very good prices, all around perfect!
