Wesley was incredibly rude, do not deal with him when you go in with questions or new service. Hes extremely condescending and I dont think he likes women. Theres another post from a woman below saying that same thing. ATT should get rid of this guy as hes running customers off and giving them a bad name.

No improvement needed whatsoever.The sales rep was very educational.Very inspiration and knew what he was doing, I would recommend your store from any store that I've been in.They were very professional, and i'm glad to be a part of the ATT customers. Jay Hale the sales and service representative was more knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions at a moments notice. Thank you once again for allowing me to be one of your customers. ...The lady was really short with me and kind of rude When asked about products she said she doesn't really sell many of those products. She focuses on phones so she didn't want to answer any information. It felt like she was trying to get me out of there. As fast as possible, even though there was nobody else in there. And there was another customer service representative.
