I called My original place after airline gave terrible service they got me in today after airline told me they couldn't help. Mike I don't know if he is the gm but he should teach classes on customer service. Got me in and out in 15 minutes. Was polite answered all my questions without a attitude. This why I chose here and will be my only rental location

Went in today and even in past visits, staff is always so helpful and courteous. Mike and Rebecca waited on me and I was in and out in no time. Thanks guys!

Big props to Rebecca, Mike and Joe for taking care of me and getting me into a comfortable Camry. Process was seamless - car fit me to a tee - and got 40 mph to boot! Very satisfied!

I never write reviews on line, I was compelled. Absolutely the worst customer service experience that I can remember. I had to make three reservations over three days - they NEVER showed up, no call, nothing! I was making the reservation for my special needs brother. Hard to believe that they are still in business. Stay away!!!
