THE WORST APARTMENTS IVE EVER STAYED IN DIRTY FILTHY THEY HIRE ANYONE TO RUN IT AND THEY STEAL..REST ASSURED THEY WILL GET EVERYTHING BACK THAT WAS FALSELY DONE..WRONG EVICTION AND RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WOULDNT EVEN IT GIVE A STAR.

Management is very understanding but strict

This is supposed to be Corporate Office, but it's really a joke. As soon as I called, the lady immediately got an attitude. The back door to the mailboxes have been opened for about a month here at Peachtree II Apartments in Ruston, and Debra doesn't do anything about it. Like, the mailbox is literally right across from her office. IT'S A FEDERAL OFFENSE FOR PEOPLE'S MAIL TO BE TAMPERED WITH!!! A piece of my mail from the bank was completely ripped opened, and I am pissed about it. The mailboxes are on YOUR PROPERTY, so FIX IT! I guess since it's majority black that lives here, she doesn't care or that it's not her issue.

This is in reference to Carmel Square Apartments ,and all that I state is my opinion. This is absolutely one of the worst places I have lived. Always trash on the ground. Place is junked up. Everyone is allowed to do as they wish,Even though the rules are a mile long. Depending on who you are and if management likes you, the rules don't apply to you. One guy has his own 4wheeler/car repair businesses there. Management Is horrible. She is very bias and has a terrible attitude problem. She, and the way things are ran, is the main reason why I moved. I literally went into debt to leave this place. The people over her won't do a thing to her, so there is no point of reporting her. Nothing will change. She is a real capital B big ITCH. It is my recommendation that no one should live here. In my opinion, the company needs to restaff, have better background checks and evaluate and monitor the morals of management over the complex. Because I don't see this company lasting much longer the way things are. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!
