Please take a walk around this property before signing your lease. It’s definitely not worth the money at all. The roof in building 1 collapsed a month ago, there is a HUGE whole in the ceiling on the 3rd level. Not fit for living conditions for anyone and they’re clearly in no rush to fix it. The parking is TERRIBLE, the office staff allowed 1 tenant to have 3 garage parks instead of giving every apartment the opportunity of having its own. I’m a mother of 3 so when I get off work at night I have to sometimes park 2-3 buildings down due to limited parking spaces. That’s very dangerous especially when they are always having theft issues on this property. I’ve asked multiple times about a garage/shed and have been denied. They are SLOW to communicate and fix any issues at hand. Do not waste your time!

They are very friendly, extremely helpful and professional. I moved all the way from Northern California and Angel was such a blessing! Also, it’s so beautiful here! Highly recommend moving in if you’re thinking about it :)

I lived here in 2015 it was a great place I would move back there if I moved back to Shreveport Louisiana, I wish they would show pictures of the Apartments since they were painted otherwise update the pictures lol
