        My home was destroyed from Hurricane Ida and they are charging me for clean up ans trash removal in a black mold infested apartment

        As a resident at H Y Bell Memorial Apartments, We don't have a manager. We haven't had a manager for 2 months. Garbage hadn't been picked up in a week but that problem has been corrected. We don't have our own maintenance person. A maintenance man from Latter and Blum has to come when he can due to the fact that he does other properties. To me this is very unprofessional and lack of concern for the residents!
