I went to see the property and when I put the address in ny GPS it directed me to a different house, I was finally able to locate the correct house, I had only had a virtual tour, however when I did a physical viewing the house was filthy and was not move in ready . When I asked the person who was responsible to get the house move in ready she hung up on me

Drove an hour to go see a house via self viewing and when we got there, there was no key in the lockbox that they provided the code for. We sent a picture of the empty lockbox and the person we were texting never responded back. Its obvious that they dont check their properties regularly or else they wouldve known the key was missing beforehand. Very upset that our time and gas was wasted. Would not recommend.
Edit: They responded saying that its the wrong company when it indeed isnt & I have the emails to prove it. Of course were not tenants because we left after your representative stopped responding to us. We had small children in the car with us. & we never received any follow ups from anyone. We would never apply for an irresponsible company again. This is a cover up to make me sound incompetent so they dont take responsibility.
